Have you ever noticed how often you check your phone in a day? In an hour? A minute? Every time the phone lights up, and you notice, you check it. It's our nature now to make sure we never miss a conversation or update. This has a lot of benefits, yes, but for many, it causes anxiety when it happens too often or distracts from the task at hand. Here's a few tips and tricks I've found over the years to minimize that distraction. Maybe this will help someone out there today.
